TR080.0360BW1200 Tiger castors adjustable - Sliding piece adjustable via spacer rings with mounting bracket

The ALFATEC Tiger roller with a diameter of 77.7 mm has an adjustable glide piece. Axial guidance is provided by an oilamide sliding block. Spacer rings are used to adjust the axial play. Due to its combined design with a radial and axial guide, the Tiger roller requires hardly any installation space and impresses with its robustness and high load capacity up to 12.87 kN radially and up to 5.00 kN axially.   In addition to each tiger role, a leadership profile is required. The appropriate guide profile is UP080.0700. It is welded to a mounting bracket, which makes it easy to install by screwing it on. Fastening elements are available in different versions - including TR080.0360BQ1000. Our DR080.0905 and DR080.0910 spacer rings make it easy to adjust the axial guide roller. In addition, ALFATEC offers the tiger roller in different sizes for low and high load capacities. The tiger roller is available in different versions such as with adjustable axial roller or with brass glide piece and in many other series.
