The painting lifting platforms are used in a painting system for mobile cranes. Pneumatically powered platforms are ideal for hazardous and potentially explosive areas in painting applications. They operate at a working pressure of 6 bar.

High freedom of movement
One special feature is its great flexibility: the retracted length is 1,200 mm, and when extended it is 3,000 mm. This freedom of movement reduces strain and fatigue for workers.
Load capacity and operation
The platform has a load capacity of 180 kg. It is controlled via joysticks or foot pedals in the elevator car. An additional control element on the lifting column enables external emergency lowering. Tested safety systems ensure accident-free working.
Increase in efficiency
The use of two paint spray platforms reduces painting time and increases throughput. Compressed air reservoirs also ensure that the platform can be lowered safely even in the event of a compressed air failure.
Additional functions and features
On request, the platform can automatically move to a predefined position to facilitate maintenance and repair work. In addition to their ease of maintenance, the aerial work platforms feature high-quality Tiger rollers and ALFA Speed rollers.
