Painting Lifting Platform for Vehicle Frames
The paintwork aerial work platforms for truck trailer frames combine maximum flexibility with high occupational safety and are optimally tailored to the requirements of modern paint shops.
The most important information at a glanc
The painting lifting platforms are used in painting systems for vehicle frames of truck trailers. The frames to be painted are fed through the paint booths via a P+F rail. Four lifting platforms are arranged diagonally opposite each other in two booths. For maximum flexibility, the platforms are not welded or doweled, but clamped into the existing booths. The use of four platforms shortens the painting time and increases throughput.

Drive and stroke range
The aerial work platforms are powered purely pneumatically with an operating pressure of 6 bar. The lifting axis operates in a range between 270 mm and 2,520 mm. The basket reaches a lifting speed of 12 m/min and carries loads of up to 250 kg.
Operation
Control is via foot switches in the lifting basket, which measures 2.5 m x 0.8 m. An additional control element on the lifting column enables external emergency lowering. Compressed air reservoirs ensure that the platform can be lowered to its starting position even in the event of a compressed air failure.
Safety features
Among other things, a safety edge around the lifting basket ensures accident-free operation: if it encounters an object or a person, the downward movement is stopped immediately. The operator can then raise the basket to free themselves. The anti-collision device also protects people below the basket. An integrated overload protection device prevents the basket from starting if the permissible load capacity is exceeded.
Maintenance and equipment
The stages are equipped with maintenance chains to enable maintenance work to be carried out safely. In addition to their ease of maintenance, they feature high-quality Tiger rollers and ALFA Speed rollers, which ensure smooth and long-lasting operation.
